is hawar missable? i went to try to get her after i taked to the dragon knights. did i miss her and the elfs??? help

Yes, she is missable, but you're not at the cut-off point yet. Make sure you have Takamu in your party when going to the forest, and also make sure you're not in the middle of some other event.

ya i am in the middle of the twillight forest so finish that then go back??
