multiple formation skills in battle

it seems SOME formation skills from a different formation can still be used after you've already used a formation skill.. or maybe you can use some formation skills every turn?

I think I know what your talking about.... in my game I can only use a formation skill once per turn EXCEPT for my true men formation, I can use that formations skill over and over again.. I never understood why...

Arrow Formation can be used over and over as well (the one where the front character is always target and everyone attacks normally).

hmm i noticed both of these ones that were mentioned are both non-instant skills. hard to tell, since we don't know whether or not most formation skills are based on speed of party member(s)... but i know True Men and the targeting skill both allowed enemies to attack before the skill was executed. i wonder if Sorcery skill works like this, as well.. (True Chain Magic)
