Who changes the music for battles?

Obviously, Cornelio would be one of them. But, aren't there others? I've got the soundtrack, and there's one piece with Electric Guitar that I'd like to play, but can't seem to find. Or does that track just play during normal gameplay at some point?

Duh, of course! He doesn't have any skill that indicates a music change like Cornelio does, so I just skipped over him. Thanks!
