kite rune problem

hrm.. whats up with the kite rune, i cant get it to go on any characters. Its for throwing weapons right? i tried it on faylen but she cant equip it for some reason. dont really know what to put on her, she has decent magic but her letter ratings all suck so i was gonna go more for dmg

kite rune, I managed to equip it on Zerase since she uses needles...

ya i figured it out, i guess its only the small needle like throwing weapons, it doesn't work with boomerang stuff
