I don't know why it's there. It has no purpose at all aside from the fact that it looks nice.

Can you not place statues and stuff in the baths this time??? Looks like there's a couple podiums, but unless there's a special button to push, I can't seem to place em. Also, how/when do you unlock the outdoor baths??? Is it just use the baths so much like in 1 and 2, or do you gain it after a certain event???
