Stuck near end of game -- spoilers (obviously)

I finished the return to stormfist, got all the stars, and now I can't quite figure out what to do. Lucretia says she's sent everyone to get prepared for the battle for Sol-Falena. I've tried sleeping, I've tried the infirmary, I've tried going to Rainwall, I've checked the Prince's room, and several other things I can't remember. What do I have to do to trigger the next event?

Leave the castle, re-enter, go to the Prince's room. That's what I did.
