the Chihi star missing?

ummm i am having a problem my star tablet says I don't have the Chihi star which I think is Marina, but the thing is I do she working in my inn so what the heck? can someone please help!!!

The Chihi Star appears 2 times on the Tablet.
The other one belongs to Genoh.

I'm not sure about how long a character is recruitable.
Go to the Waterfall Basin with an old man ( like Levi or Alhazred ) in your party and check it out.
