Is it possible to make the HQ upgrade again after you've regained it? Right now there's still stairways leading to nowhere and doorways that are impassible. For a final HQ it feels rather unfinished.
And yeah, I know that Viki can accidently teleport you to a locked room in the HQ and that's the only way to get there but all the rest?

well I noticed the water is drained and you can go further down, norden is down there in a bar or something, and the maximillian knights are there as well
so that means ive got 6 levels

Yup, that's pretty much it. The water level decreases 2 times.
About Viki teleporting you within a castle room is new to me. Whenever she had to sneeze on accident, she teleported me to a small part of a forest somewhere hidden on the World Map and i found a chest there containing a Blinking Rune Piece 2 times.
