Marbeled Beef/Seeds/Etc

Ok, I've gotten like 5 or 6 pieces of Marbeled Beef from fighting Peckles, and I've seen a few item shops with seeds and other stuff for sale, so I'm kinda curious if these are things that we hafta buy/find one for every time we wanna use them, or if it's more like Suikoden 2 and 3 where we find them, give them to our chef/farmer/whoever and then they just have that many in stock for whatever it is that person does. Does anyone know about this???

most likely thats what it is, ive been buying 1 of each and storing them until I recruit the farmer and chef
