Is it me, or is the music exactly like the time in SIII when your going to the Sindar Ruins and its covered in ice?

It is a remix of that tune. Looks like it's destined to be one of the mainstays in the series. Another remix was played in Mother Earth Chamber of the Obel Ruins in Rhapsodia as well.

It is the song from Suikoden III after the power of the True Water Rune is released, you're correct. I have the Suikoden III sound track, and when I'm driving through a blizzard I play that song because I am a nerd. Anyways, the translated name of the song in Suikoden III is "Arctic Area", and I absolutely love it.

It's funny, I just got there and actually still am there right now, and when the music started playing I got overly excited. I wanted to make a post on here about it, and saw yours hehe.
