DragonHorse Choker accessory

just a note... this rare accessory seems useless, and in the past i just sold them because they didn't seem to add much value. +5 ATK? Strength Sash already gives +5, Power Belt gives +10, and you can buy these two items in the shop! but you are actually limited to equipping 1 Power Belt or Strength Sash to a character, so you can't boost ATK further without an Attack Ring (one per game) or a DragonHorse Choker (2 per game, according to DarkElf's complete item list)! i picked up my old game where i only kept one, so i didn't get to check if multiple DragonHorse Chokers can be equipped at once similar to Rings, but i'd definitely like to know now.
