(Spoiler) Pirate nest

I am at the battle where one need to save Kika, but It's awfully hard, badly equipped and badly leveled (Rita lvl 1 for example) Also the quest guild missions dont work either, can only send Rita and she failed on 2 of them. What to do? Can I level somehow?

for Pirate's Nest, Kika and Nalleo need to be defensive and Kika will protect Nalleo - don't have them charge forward.
Andarc should use Lightning Rune and spam spells as well as unites (with Seneca, and if possible, with Seneca/Kyril).
as usual, use elemental beads to boost or penalize targets.
