I see that you can get the Alger Doll through one of the quests Lalacle has in her Guild, but what about the Wizened Arm? Where can I find it?

Wizened Arm is in the final chamber of Obel Ruins on an Earth day. Use Rene to find it.

Simeon should give the quest after you complete a major battle in Graska. There'll be a campfire scene.
