Can anybody translate codes for AR MAX from PAL to NTSC?

Hello,

I lost my safe file with ALL my S rank items and I'm looking for other ways gaining them back...
I have a working M code and some others,
anyway here is the NTCS AR MAX M code:

This one works pretty fine with my max. Potch and max. Skill codes, BUT there are even PAL codes that are on the official site and different then that from NTSC,

Super Item Modifier Codes:
To use the super item modifier code, go into a town, and go to the outfitter then select the option 'sell', then 'caravan'. Press R3,L3 or select on that list for different effects.

So here is my request:
can anybody turn them into NTSC working codes? I'll test them if you want, cause with this one I can recall all the S rank items on my new file.

Isn't there a person who knows someone that can do this?

It seems hopeless... and the fact I really don't know where to ask for this exactly is even worse.
