Accuracy

Which stat attribute effect a character's ACC (accuracy)? Is it the SKL (skill)?

Yup, SKL is the only attribute that affects accuracy. Dodge rate, on the other hand, is affected by EVA and LCK (more by EVA, though). There are character skills that can affect both, of course.

And Bulls eye skill is a big help if you want to improve accuracy.
