Equipment that raises ATK

ATK power is important in this game, and I think it is necessary to boost the ATK of characters to make them strong. I know of two ways to do this with Ogre's Breath and Beserker Belt (with S rank Bull's Eye). Is there any other attack raising equipment? Where do you get it? I know you get Beserker Belt from the frogs in Mido Shallows, but is there any other way to get multiple Ogre's Breath?

all attackers should have Strength Sash (and Killer Ring.. and Godspeed Anklet.. and ... -_-)

there is a Dragon Scale Bracer, i don't know where i got it but it's the same DEF as Ogre Breath but not as much of an ATK bonus.

Ogre Breath - you can get 2 per playthrough, one in the story battles and one in Obel, of course

Ogre Mail - you can get 2 of these per playthrough as well.

a hand of god which can be obtained in the RAGE chamber.
(STR+40DEF+1) : hands slot : just for some char (Lino , Andark , etc )
