oh yeah i forgot about how useful the Gale Rune is in this game due to controlling turn order. Snowe is even crazier with Gale Rune since he's already one of the fastest characters in the game.

first time I use Snowe in tactic, I never equiped the Gale rune or mount Kangaroo because I know he has good speed and strength eventhough his strength not as awesome as in IV...
Audiences want more than logic.
