I just started, what skills should my characters learn?
I loaded the S4 clear data with 108 stars already

Extra Move and Godspeed should be among the first skills you should learn as mobility is very useful in this game.

Mages should definitely focus on their main magic skill (Andarc - Lightning, Maxine - Fire, Lazlo - Punishment). For most characters, Bulls Eye to C or B is enough for early game then you can work on other skills. Seneca should level up Critical Hit and Sniper asap. At the start you're better off leveling up defensive skills like Dodge, Parry, or Mind's Eye, though only to a certain level because once you get Eugene he'll pretty much soak most of the damage.

It's so disappointing, no one died against Steele, but I only got A

What did you try for Steele's fight, defeating Steele or the pirates?

In the beginning, you should make use of the Sel-Glitch. If you sell equipment that's equipped, you get double the potch (i.e. the buy price).

I did it, got S rank. Steele is the one who made it possible, he RoP'd Edgar till almost death then both Brandeau and Edgar became fired up Everything is so perfect that last fight, only 1 enemy pirate and fishman remain while Peck and Kyril are left untouched

It is true. Otherwise, you could just breeze thrpugh the game with your highest level characters which is NOT true.

1. Hard to say. Normally, your party will level up evenly with one or two character sbeing at a slightly higher level. Later, when you get tons of characters, you can switch them out so they level up even more evenly. For me, my mages were at higher levels than my fighters, but I still could S Rank every battle.
2. No, story enemies don't level up, their level is fixed. But Obel Ruin enemies (and all other hunting ground enemies) level up with you, so it's best to grind pretty late int he game if you want to S Rank all battles.

What's the S rank prize for Rita's game?

Razril's Token. If you are talking about the "Win by only one tile" reward, it's Star Earring.

I wonder how the Bargain works, I just got 2 Rage Force Bead, I need more to S rank the Rita minigame. If the prize is the same as Furball Patrol, I won't bother then

S Ranks are place dependent, not battle dependant. You get the same S Rank item when you fight at the same place. E.g., you can get the same S Rank item in both (or are there 3?) El-Eal battles.

Including the quest by which you recruit Keneth and Katarina, there should be 3 battles at El-Eal.

When you S-rank a second time at the same map, you won't get another S-rank item, so here's a question: Is it worth S-ranking a second time? Do you get significantly more money or is it actually better to A-rank and sell the Gold Medal?

I'd say selling the gold medal when it's equpped will net you more Potch. Is the potch/skill point reward rank dependant?

Is Counterattack worth learning? Even when I play best, only got B rank on Middleport Underground Path
Should I use those elemental beads whenever I have nothing to do? Or is it a bad thing to do, because the average EXP becomes worse?

Average EXP isn't important. What is important:

Total EXP
"Turn Count" (so be fast)
Average Damage Dealt
Total Dmaage dealt
Turns spent on Elemental Tiles
Number of fallen friendly characters

So you MUST lay own Elemental beads whenever you can. It also makes the game easier!?

I cna record it, but I need a Suikoden IV save first (which I'm currently doing). So it might take some time. But I planned to recor dmy Tactics playthrough anyway because most Tactics players on youtube are really bad.
