Completing the History of Quest Guild Possible?

Is it possible? Because when I finished the Product Recall Quest the Savage Sprout Attack don't appear and when I failed the Product Recall the Savage Sprout Attack appeared but the Product Recall don't appear on the View History.

it's probably doable on a new game+. dunno, I've never tried new game+

yeah, it's only possible on new game+ because new game+ keeps your quest history
