Good Way to Level Up Ema?

She can only use the items on your inventory. All I can think to level up her is just waste your items and use it on the highest level character on your party. Is there any other way to level up her?

Never bothered leveling up, because it looked tiresome and I never used her anyway.

That's what I think also how to level up her. And the elemental beads how does the exp depends when you cast it on? Does it depends on what level the character that is casting it or depends on the map?

no i think it's always a fixed amount of exp for force beads.
