What does Bucket Rune do?

I just bought it and it is a new rune that I encounter in the Suikoden Series. What does it do?

No, if bucket status is inflicted on an enemy, it will reduce the enemy unit's accuracy

i think there's a place in the game or instruction book that describes all of the statuses.... the Bucket Rune has a chance to inflict "bucket" status on the target, which has been in a few other games.

I had never find this Rune. Is it in tactic only?

I think its best to put it on a long range character such as Sigurd.

it's definitely a nice filler type of rune if you have nothing better. a low-damage high dodge/counter team would benefit greatly from dropping buckets on everyone
