Hi! Is there a bonus if all characters in this game are collected and preserved, like in other games? Thanks!

None that I can remember. Maybe some extra dialogue at the end, but not much.

No bonus whatsoever. You do get additional scenes for having recruited and kept alive specific groups of characters in the epilogue.
