Yeah, I want to know where I can find these pieces of equipment. (Sry if it isn't the right name, but I have to translate it from german to english..)

Guardian Robe and Sphere Robe?

Guardian Robe can be either Guard Robe which is found in Obel or Guardian Vestment which is found in a chest in the Imperial City of Graska battle Part II.

There is no such thing as the Sphere Robe, but I guess I'll list where every robe is found.
Feather Robe is found in Merseto
And if you've been doing Chiepoo's quests, there should be some elemental (Thunder, Flowing, Rage, etc) robes in his shop or at Small Border Village
Magic Robe is found in Haruna
Shimmering Robe is in Graska
Element Robe is found in the Ruins of Obel, very rare
Normal Robes are in Razril

Unfortunately, it doesn't help now... I asked for someone in a German Suikoden board, but it crushed, so I can never answer him.. I guess I have to write a German equipment list...
