That's Syaries, a new character to the series. Also, since Kate is not ageless, she wouldn't be around for Suikoden V, since there's a gap of over 100 years between IV and V.

hmm .. i also thought of that .. but they do look alike ? coz i completed Suikoden 4 quite a long time .. and when i look at the lady make me think of the girl ninja from S4

Well, what kind of disucssion does this topic hope to create? Citing more people that look like other people, ultimately achieving nothing? Simply agreeing with you? I'm sorry, but I don't see where this is supposed to be going.
