no that rumor wasn't for Tierkreis, it came out earlier. anyway it was just a mistake with the one store/warehouse in Japan.
*locking this thread again until we get some more real information hinting at a "Suikoden VI" title. Tierkreis has its own thread here*

Well Jump Festa in Japan is at the end of the week. So if we were to get something in that the Famitsu Magazine would have something Wednesday or possible tonight. So Keep your eyes open.
Otherwise I would say no Suikoden for a while.

Re: Official Suikoden VI News (last news: December 6, 2007)
I'm not too worried. Yet. If you look at the release dates of the games, there was a 4 year gap between the Suikoden 2 and 3 as the console changed.
And its only been 4 years (although it feels like longer) since suikoden 5 and now we are on the PS3 (although I hope its for Xbox too otherwise I'll feel even worse).
And we had a VERY loose spin off (Tierkreis) halfway through, so its not the time to be worrying quite yet.
Then again Duke Nukem Forever, is finally being released after 14 years of development. Which shows good ideas never really die.
Just wish Konami would give us a bit more direct news.

Duke Nuken Forever took 14 years to develop!? No wonder they called it 'Forever'.

Well, Golden Sun series got their 3rd installment after 8 years of waiting, so we are relatively well off. But Of course I dont want to wait so long!

Was this posted? Back in September 2010 A Japanese magazine published this: "The sequel of popular RPG series "G" of company "K" is under development for PS3, according to a shop assistant of Cafe No.108". Translation credit goes to ztey@livejournal (http://ztey.livejournal.com/67166.html)

This has been discussed before, that rumor originated from the magazine GAMELAB which is notorious for its awful track record with rumors.

I would hope that they've been working on VI for all these years, despite the lack of updates or news, and that it will be released soon. One would hope, at least haha.
