I hope this proves to be false. I have the Wii, but I would'nt enjoy playing a Suikoden game on it because I think it may cause you to be too active and I would'nt like that.

Is it must for Wii games to be that "active"?
Those Fire Emblem people seems to not any problem with too much "activity" in the series' debut on the console.

People tend to forget that movement is an option, not a requirement when developing for the Wii. It works perfectly as a regular controller as well.
Just like Fire Emblem and Smash Bros allows you to use different control schemes so can any game, so if everyone could shut up about how they don't want to wave their arms around that'd be great as it's not a valid argument.

yeah i cant really say i burned too many calories or even got up off the couch playing LOZ:TP. i think in rpgs itd be mainly for cursor pointing with menus and stuff.
Suikoden's traditionally havent needed a lot of buttons anyway.
In fact, one of the great things about Suikoden is that you can play just with one hand.
(wait that came out wrong)

Yeah, you're right! I didnt think about that. I would'nt care so much then if I could use the classic controller.
I only had a bad time with playing Metroid Prime 3, the sensor sometimes would fail to pick up movements I was doing (grappling hook, turning...) Playing LOZ:TP is just fine for me.

no to suikoden Vi on wii... playstation 3 ftw!!!
On a more serious note, since blu-ray has already won over HD, I think sales in PS3 will be picking up. I think ps3s' blu-ray capacity will do well with next-gen suikoden games. If they want to release it on another system why not have it run on multiple consoles so everyone can be happy?

With the news of the possible release of Suikoden 1 to the playstation store, could it be possible that konami is trying to generate more interest in the series for a potential upcoming release?

You know what, you may be right. I don't see why they would ONLY release GS1 when they could have released GS2 with it. I think the next one will have some sort of connection with GS1. But! That is just what I think. Let us hope for the best.

Maybe they'll re-release SII for PS3. I wonder if the price of the games are going to go up, or down.
