suikoden genre

as a gamer
i like every genre
and i have my fav game in each genre

so as suikoden fan
i really excited with tactics
now i can play my fav game in another genre

so i think for future suiko
konami should make suiko in a new genre
not the main series
let the main series an rpg
but the side story
we have an srpg and gaiden-like genre
how about make rts suiko
with warcraft concept (hero, spell, etc)
or aoe concept
i think war plot in suiko can make good rts game

how you think....

konami's not gonna spread suikoden out in different genre's

they took a risk with suikoden tactics..did it pay off? I dont know..I hope it did..but regardless, the only way suikoden would branch out into other genre's is if it becomes a huge phenomenom in japan or america..if that happens..developers will make suikoden title after suikoden title in all other genre's because they would know people would buy it just because it has the name of suikoden

i think it is kind of too late. with 6 installments already out and 2 are extremely hard to find. i doubt it can hit it big now

. unless.. they start making the games for say.. game boy advance or psp hahaha. which they are and add extra bonuses and put it up to par with some video games today.
