My advice (Since you dont care about pirated stuff) is to download an emulator, I will PM you some good emulator sites and stuff if you want.

Pirated? around 80-100 pesos. I have a non-pirated copy, but I don't know how much it was because it was just a Christmas gift 4 years ago.

Which city do you live in? I could refer some places.
