Apart from Ebay, what online sites sell them? I don't have a credit card and I live in Canada.

They're both relatively common and you'll find them at pretty much any online store that sells video games. You could probably easily find them offline, as well. You won't get far [online] without a credit card, though.

There's a lot of online sites. 1up has a trading post forum where you can probably find them cheap from someone else. You could always try Amazon.

check local stores before resorting to online, i bought my 4 for 40 i think, then say a copy for 30 at, i think it was a cd/movie place.

5 should still be available at most game stores

here in the philippines, 4 is already out of stock but tactics and 5 can be found in every data blitz store as far as i know.

data blitz is our counterpart for ebgames/gamestop but it's not as good
