What's PAL?

I don't know what it stands for, but PAL games are games released in Europe. S3 was never given a PAL release, which is why Europe has not been able to play it.
And if I saw you dancing, I would spin you around, spin you around, turn your world upside down

It's not just Europe, see Wikipedia for more information:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PAL

Anyway you're way off topic, this topic is about the Troy/Colton fight.

No, not their T.V's, their consoles cant run the games because they arent compatible.

And PAL stands for Phase Alternation Line, or by line, I know the wiki says it but it doesn't say "by line" which can be used for the name as well, not that it means anything different.

I know I've beaten him, but you said like the Zexen Knights in Thomas's chapter so I'm guessing they are beatable, like they have an actual amount of hp.

The Zexan Knights aren't beatble, even with a code I don't they can be beat. For one aren't there 4-6 of them with about 50K+ hp(I think so) after a fixed amount of turns the battle ends. I am just curious what are Colton and Troys HP are.

Troy:

I believe Troy has infinite HP, so even if you power up and manage to kill Colton, you can never win this battle.

Off topic ain't the half of it. >.< This is Suikoden IV's section. They may want to re-direct the Rowd business to the Suikoden II section just to be safe...

On topic here...I had my crew at Level 99 and Troy and Colton still pwned my party in less than a few turns. So the game kinda levels the playing field a bit.

edit: Yep. Troy used The Shredding and did at least 500 HP of damage and put my party at Crictical levels. So yeah...unless there's a 1-Hit Kill code out there, beating Troy at this level in the game is impossible.

I've had the strange noise before but my characters did not hurt 1000s, actually ive had that noise happen a number of times, must be a bug or something. It happened to me against the Harpy on Rakutei and the game froze.

But to answer the Troy battle isnt winnable, I'm pretty sure you cannot beat Troy.
