message detail Here I am, on the deserted island. I thought I'd be funny and tell the team that I didnt' want to escape. Even set up a beach house.

I got a "The End ---" screen and now all the character pictures look like they were drawn by a 5 year old, and I can't pick up the lucky ring.

Did I goof? I really hope not.

message detail Yeah. You goofed and recieved an early ending in the game. You'll have to reload, if you haven't already, from your last save.

Early Ending
You can end your game early in the game, when you are washed up on the shore of the Deserted Island. When you are given the choice to try to leave or stay, choose to stay. It'll take some convincing for your team to finally give in, but when they do you can't leave. All you can do is the surviving tasks over and over and over again. Check the portraits of your teamates, they have changed.
