Getting Snowe to wear his other garbs

Does anybody out there know how to get Snowe to wear his other outfits?

I feel kind of stupid asking this, but I just can't figure it out. It's probably something extremely simple.

There's locations that you have to put your fishing net out and wait there for about 10 minutes until you pull the net back up. One is in front of Pirate's Nest, another is in front of Razril.

That's not what I am asking.

I already know how to GET the garbs, I want to know how to WEAR the garbs once you get them.

Since I recruited Snowe I have him permanently in my active party. Where can he be found after being dismissed from the party?
