Ok guys, thank you for posting the treasure locations, but I have a problem. I recruited Rene on Donut Island BUT Where the heck is he? I searched the whole Ship for him.. Can somebody tell me where he is? Or Post a screenshot from the door I have to find? It would be nice

She's at the very back of the ship on one of the bottom floors. There's a door on your right hand side (facing the back of the ship, away from the shops etc). I'm sorry I don't remember the exact floor. The room may be untitled. I remember there's one room that doesn't get a title until late in the game even though there are tons of people in it for a while.

Change the camera to an overhead view. Then when you see the rods move a bit, move around in that general vicinity. They should move faster and faster (if you're going in the right direction) until the tips move together and stop. That's where you should dig.

Don't just see it from one place, try to move to other places and see where the rods point to. predict where it will intersect, that must be where the treasure is

At Pecolas room (iirc it's on the same level as the shops, right before the bath). If you have a full set of furniture, you can see some special scenes there.
