???Where can I get the Crimson Cape???

Actually in Fort El Eal go to the basement where Ramada found the Governer. It's probally best to do this with Hero's party that is...talk to the Governer. (even if he's dead you automatcily examine his body) You'll get the Crimson Cape there.

When you examine governor's body, you get the Cape of Darkness, not the Crimson Cape. Is there really a Crimson Cape, or was it removed just like the Gale Rune ?

I never got the Crimson cape in Suikoden IV. Cape of Darkness, but no Crimson.

The Crimson Cape is in this game and it is found in the ocean surrounding Razril. Simply drop your net, go to the ocean screen, and then let it sit for about 5-10 minutes or so, come back and pull up the net. Rinse and repeat until you have obtained it.
