*laughs* Yeah, I know. It just irked me, 'cause the guide I have was written like it should be obvious. "The Hero set is the best set for the Hero, hence its name." Bite me, stupid book.
Potch is good. Lots of potch means equipment upgrades! ^^

Best question ever - Zwieg to Vicki, Suikoden V:
"How can you not know what country you're in?"

Oh, there are SO many reasons, Zwieg. *snerk*

Who can wear what?

Post by Delfina »

Has anyone done a list of which armor sets can be worn by which people? I saw someone had kind of started a list... but... unless I'm missing something... it wasn't filled out. Anyone? I'd appreciate it, thanks! Um, I can contribute that... Ted can wear the full silk set!

Thanks for that!

And then...Okay, this might seem like a stupid question... but what is the difference between the categories? I'm guessing:

Woman - Bondage, mermaid, venus
Man - anything with a shield
Girl - unicorn
light - magic, silk, ninja, aristocrat?
medium - pirate king, pirate, tengu, samurai?, master, guardian,

Guardian Bracelet - Uh... I don't remember
Guardian Sandals - From the child at the back street of Middleport.
where is the child in the back street? and is it missable?

Go all the way down to the house where the tunnel to Warlock is. Stop at the door. Turn right. There is a small alley and a child there. Talk to him and he will give you the sandals. As to if it's missable, I don't believe so.
And if I saw you dancing, I would spin you around, spin you around, turn your world upside down

how do you guys figure out the full-set bonuses? I equipped the entire pirate king set but I don't see any indication of the bonuses.

I acquired them from the S4 walkthrough/guide by Bradygames, however, where they were originally acquired, I don't know.
