Ok so after getting all 108 stars of destiny SOngs guide mentions the following:

Nest of Pirates

Make your way to the Nest of Pirates. Talk to the one of the pirates
inside the pub and you will get a Mermaid Bracelet!


what the guide doesn't mention is that Kika must NOT be in your party, else the pirate wont give it to you. And the pirate in question is the only female pirate in there (aside from the innkeeper)

So this female pirate badmouthed Kika? I can't remember this, Kika is also in my active party most of the time
