Save File request to be loaded onto Suikoden Tactics

good day, my network is having a problem right now and i can only access few websites. the recent earthquake damaged most of my isp's service lines and i can't even access gamefaqs or yahoo :(

i can't even download a Suikoden 4 iso to clear it on my own so could anybody please provide me with a Suikoden 4 save file, one what i can load to Tactics to unlock Lazlo and Snowe?

This would actually help me out too. I lost my memory cards in a move. I need new save files for Suikoden 4 and 5 with the heroes named Lazlo and Freyjadour. The only play I've seen saves is on Gamefaqs but the names are always wrong.
