hi im kind of a newb at all of this because i just made an acount ,
well anyway i want to know if there is anyway to make someone your new leader (and walk around as them) on
suikeoden IV because my friend told me you could if you beat the game and start a new one. is this true?

Yes, in New Game+ you can select other characters for the lead position in your party. You can also skip scenes and most of your unequipped inventory will transfer as well. There's a thread about transfers a couple above this one.
