can ted be recriuted?

I've just played Suikoden 4, but I was passing how do I get ted. when ted's ship.hit our ship, i return to stronghold ship.
ted can still be recruited?

As you can see in our recruitment section (http://www.suikosource.com/games/sod.php?pf=S4) Ted can still be recruited, you just have to find the ghost ship in the ocean.
