Boost critical chance?

Is there an equipment that increases critical rate? The only way to solo the final boss is by equipping Lazlo with Killer and Drain and I need to make sure it occurs often enough. I think I should equip him with 2 speed ring and lucky ring. Or do you recommend to bring lots of mushrooms instead so I can spam heavenly thunder? Anyone knows where I can find treasure map 13 for thunder orb?

it seems the only equipment that boosts critical hit rate significantly would be the Ninja Set. besides that, just boost the SKL and LUK stats as high as possible. the effects will be extremely marginal, though.
