Glitch in Razril

Glitch in Razril
I am near the end of the game. I decided to stop by Razril real quick. I noticed a graphics glitch. Near the edge by the water, not far from the Gaien ship, if you look down near the edge of the water you will notice from certain angles it looks like there is no water actually touching the concrete. This is the first time where i actually stopped to take a look at it and noticed it. Has anyone noticed this as well?
