On the Chihi star, Meese is the innkeeer for suikoden 1.
But I thought he was a blacksmith
and the innkeeper for suikoden 1 is Marie?

Those descriptions are supposed to hint at the most common roles for the specific stars across the five games. In Chihi Star's case, the "Innkeeper" title applies to Sebastian (Suikoden III) and Marina (Suikoden V).

None among Meese, Leona or Ornan ran an inn in their respective games.

I have my own reservations for some of the other descriptions, too.
