Missing Character on a Stars List

Was just looking at the Suikoden Tactics section as I'm gonna go on to do IV and Tactics after I finish this run on II (I never did finish Tactics, left off near the end), and I noticed someone missing from the stars list. Lazlo is missing. So are Snowe, Coop, and Lalacle (Lalacle is New Game+ only).

Just noticed Rulodia's not listed on the SII stars list either, though Chuchara is

hmm we need to ask KornHolio to check on Rulodia... her entry is in the form, but it's not showing up.

and yeah, Lazlo/Snowe he needs to add as available entries..
