An addition to History of Silverberg legacy

As you have guessed, it's missing info and the family relation of Elanor Silverberg (the main strategist of suikoden 4).

It can be an important addition to Blue Moon's legendary info, especially to newcomers to the suikoden series (people who started with 4) who become interested in the history the game and its characters.

I wrote the Elenor Silverberg part it just hasn't been put up yet. I finished it a couple weeks ago, it's just lying in the writers forums at the moment.
