According to the SoD list on this site; Peggi, Twaikin, Alanis, Kidd, Sanae Y and Kathy are recruitable in Chris chapter 2.
Is this correct? - As far as I can tell, the Great Hollow, Duck Clan Village and the Amur Plains North aren't accessable until Chris chapter 3.

hmm i am replaying Suikoden III but couldn't check Chris' chapters because i used an old save at the end of Chris chapter 3. i'll try to update her recruitment times but i've forgotten her events.. if you find any errors, please update this thread.

the list should be extremely accurate at this point. i made a lot of updates from my last playthrough a few months ago.
