Memento

Post by Sebastian »

Has anybody seen this movie? Totally mesmerizing from beginning to end and I loved Joe Pantoliano's character. I also liked the contrast made between memories and fact and how 'everybody needs a mirror'.

I didn't saw it, but i searched around on the net for pure curiosity and i found this site: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0209144/

Besides all these unknow actors, looks like a very nice movie, i'll try renting it somewhere...
And now, a little tribute to Kyle x)

Unknown actors? Since when are Guy Pearce, Carrie Ann Mosse and Joe Pantoliano unknown?

Sadly I haven't seen this movie around me... I love watching movies, I'd definitely get this one when I see it.

*edit* I checked imdb.com and it's on their top 250 list. Wow I have to watch this!

I bought the DVD and you can watch it in the correct order as one of the special features. It's interesting to do so after you've watched it backwards (ie. the correct way) once.

I have the DVD and I did the same thing - after I found the hidden feature, of course. The editing is a little jarring but it's still an interesting idea.

Great film. Christopher Nolan's a great director and Guy Pearce is a criminally underrated actor.
