I thought you meant our forum name...but you mean our real name? I'm Timothy Michael Reinholt. Timothy was chosen for me because my mom liked the name. Michael is the name of my grandfather. Reinholt is Icelandic (no, it's not German) and I'm proud of it because it shows my Norse roots.

However, I have no clue what any of them mean. I don't really care about Michael, I'm sure it's something biblical. But if anyone knows Timothy or Reinholt would be happy to hear. ^_^

Ooooh cool. Icelandic. Reinholt *thumbs-up* Awesome name.

I wouldn't really care or choose names from the Bible to be honest. There's too many people with those names. Sorry to anyone about that

What I meant is that Michael is originally biblical (I think) but I was named it because it's the name of my grandfather, not for any religious reasons.

Timothy: It comes from the Greek name Τιμόθεος (Timotheos) meaning "honouring God".

My name is Steven and I've only seen a Greek meaning. Meaning "The Crowned One". I dunno maybe one day I'll be the King of something. lol maybe the suikoden king haha. I'm Korean Hungarian(Dad) Dutch and Welsh(Mom) I think they might of just liked the name.

My name is Kevin Wong Kah Ming.Kevin means handsome child in Irish,Wong means king in Cantonese,Kah means family ;home in Cantonese and Ming means bright;clear. My name means handsome king in a clear home and that I am giving my family a bright 'future'.

The word Aki in the name Akihito(current Emperor of Japan)is written the same way as the Chinese character for Ming. Both of us share many similarities with each other since we look a lot like each other(I have seen a picture of him when he was fifteen from a 'book').
He has three elder sisters although I only have one,I am the eldest son(duh!),my younger sister is also two years younger than me although Prince Masahito is not a girl.

Two of our youngest siblings are of the same gender(Akihito's youngest siblings were girls but my youngest siblings were boys) and both of us also know a woman who is called Elizabeth although she is my godmother while the Elizabeth that Emperor Akihito knew was his English tutor.I feel so tired after writing all of that down but I am also very glad to share this story with other Suikoden fans! My elder sister is 23,I am 18,my younger sister is 16 and my little brothers are 12 and 9 years old.

Sorry,I made a mistake. He had four elder sisters and he does not have two younger sisters.I am so sorry! (edited by Noraibah)

Name is Thoedore, which is classical Greek for "Gift of God."
Interesting name to have when your dad is an atheist.

My given Chinese name is two characters, Hsing Kuang. In English, Hsing becomes my first name, and Kuang becomes my middle name. The characters together mean starlight.

So you could say my English name is a transliteration of my Chinese name.

But I rarely ever use my middle name though, maybe just on some official documents.
