I know the SIII manga, I know the SV manga, I know the two volumes of SI manga and the discontinued S2 manga but as far as my knowledge goes there is not a SIV manga.

I've definitely seen pages floating around on the web based on S4 events. Unless it's just concept art or somebody's fan art or something.

The Japanese Suikoden IV Wikipedia page says something about an official online manga strip.. but that's as much as I can get out of google translate, I can't find it on the homepage either.
