So, if I missed Mukumuku at the beginning of the game, I can't get him later can I? And I have ruined my chance at all 108 stars? This is Suikoden II by the way in case you were wondering.
Is there a chance to go back to Kyaro town later in the game and get him?

Don't panic! You can definitely get him later on! Just walk from Greenhill to the Muse border and back again with an open slot in the party, and he'll pop up
