Suikoden World Guide and Suikoden Encyclopedia

I've just discovered that there extists a Suikoden World Guide and a Suikoden Encyclopedia, and I'll do anything to get my hands on a copy of these.
Are they even in english?

I there are English copies, I've never heard of it. I also can't fine any entries in Amazon.
